Final Deliverables
Due: After Week 16 class (Dec 21)
Overview
After the Week 16 presentations, two individual deliverables and one team deliverable are due asynchronously. Deadlines are strict — these close the semester.
Team Deliverable
5-Minute Demo Video
Due: within 24 hours of the Week 16 class (by December 22nd, 11:59 PM)
A recorded video of your project with the following structure:
- 0:00–0:30: The collaboration problem and who specifically has it
- 0:30–2:00: A live demo of two people using the tool simultaneously — not a screencast of one person clicking through features
- 2:00–3:30: Evaluation evidence — what data shows the tool actually reduces the collaboration problem?
- 3:30–4:30: What your team would do differently if you started again
Submit the video file or a streaming link to E3 under “Demo Video.” File name:
GroupXX_DemoVideo.
Individual Deliverables
Peer Evaluation (2%)
Due: within 48 hours of the Week 16 class (by December 23rd, 11:59 PM)
A short evaluation of your three teammates, submitted individually and anonymously. Tied to observable, specific behaviours — not personality or effort.
For each teammate, answer:
- Did this person contribute substantive code to the project? (yes / partially / no — point to specific merged PRs)
- Did they engage genuinely as code steward when it was their turn? (yes / partially / no — point to specific PR comments they left)
- One sentence: the most valuable specific contribution this person made across the whole project
Submit via the peer evaluation form on E3. Your teammates cannot see your individual responses — only aggregate patterns are shared, and only after final grades are submitted.
Questions
If you have questions about any final deliverable, email the course instructor before December 21st. Questions submitted after the class session ends may not receive a response before the deadline.
